Mr. Knueppel, age 67, retired in 2011 as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Regal Beloit Corporation, a manufacturer of electric motors, generators and controls, as well as mechanical motion control products. Mr. Knueppel previously served as Regal Beloit’s President and Chief Operating Officer and as an Executive Vice President prior thereto. Mr. Knueppel continues to serve as a Director of Regal Beloit. Mr. Knueppel also serves as a director of Harsco Corporation, a global industrial services and engineering company, and was its Non-Executive Chairman of the Board until July 2014; he served as Interim Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Harsco during 2012. Mr. Knueppel also serves as a Director of WEC Energy Group, Inc. (formerly know as Wisconsin Energy Corporation); he previously served as a Director of Wisconsin Electric Power Company until June 2015. Mr. Knueppel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Ripon College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
