Mr. Jones, age 59, retired in 2007 from Deere & Company, a manufacturer of agricultural, commercial and consumer equipment, where he most recently served as President, Worldwide Commercial & Consumer Equipment Division. Prior thereto, he was Deere & Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and previously served as its Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. Jones earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
