Ms. Gillis, age 61, retired in July 2014 as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Exelon Corporation, a utility services holding company engaged in energy generation and delivery, after serving in those roles since 2005. She was also President of Exelon Business Services Company, a subsidiary of Exelon that provides transactional and corporate services to Exelon's operating companies. Previous roles included service as Executive Vice President of ComEd, an Exelon subsidiary, and as the Chief Financial Officer of Exelon. Prior to the merger that formed Exelon in 2000, Ms. Gillis was the Chief Financial Officer of Unicom Corp., a producer, purchaser, transmitter, distributor and seller of electricity. She also serves as a director of KeyCorp, and its subsidiary, KeyBank National Association, and Voya Financial Inc.; she was previously a director of Potlatch Corporation until 2013. Ms. Gillis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Smith College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with a concentration in finance.
