Snap-on to Webcast its 2002 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
The audio Webcast with accompanying slides will be available on Snap-on's Web site beginning at approximately 8:00 a.m. CDT on Thursday, April 25, 2002. To access the Webcast, visit www.snapon.com, click on the Investor Information tab at the top of the page, on Presentations in the menu at the left and then on the link to the presentation. To ensure timely access, it is recommended that viewers go to the Web site at least ten minutes early to register and to download and install any necessary audio software. An archived replay will be available following the webcast for approximately 30 days.
